regardless of the reason, if you feel nervous about your bodywork session, it's okay, we can work with that! please know, I am here for you- to listen and to answer any and all bodywork-related questions you have before, during, and after your session.  and remember... there are no stupid questions! 

 

I truly aim to hold safe and sacred space for you and your unique history, needs & experiences.

I encourage you to honor and invite all parts of your self here too. I will honor your needs for comfort and safety.  please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you feel most comfortable during your session. comfort is key for relief after all. please don't hesitate to request accommodations or make your preferences known. I will certainly do my best to meet you where you're at with support.
